What is the EbE?
The ‘Experts by Experience’ is a European patient group established in 2021. Made up of individuals who are living with glaucoma, the group shares their experiences to help others navigate their own journeys. While they don’t offer medical advice or individual support, insight into living with glaucoma challenges. The group also works within the EGS to represent the patient perspective and is building an international network to connect glaucoma organisations, carers and patients across Europe.

- Provide the patient perspective on glaucoma care, research and guidelines by working closely with doctors and glaucoma care providers.
- Raise awareness among the general public and stakeholders about glaucoma and glaucoma care.
